Boarding Rates & Extra Services

At Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort there are a number of factors that go into determining the rates for boarding. These include:
  • The breed, size & temperament of your dog
  • The time of the year – we have peak and off peak periods
  • The type of accommodation you would like for your dog – Premium or Luxury Penthouse
  • The duration of your dogs stay &
  • Any additional special needs your dog might have eg medication etc

RATE INCLUSIONS:

Our rates are charged per calendar day, so you pay for the day of arrival, day of departure and every day in between (no matter what time your dog arrives or departs) and include:
  • Food as listed on our menu
  • Clean bedding
  • Complimentary Bath on departure
  • All play times, toys and cuddles – whatever is required for your dog to be happy &
  • The GST
We can also provide you with a price for our K9 Kab pick
up and delivery service to your suburb should this be
something you are interested in.

 
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

The following services are available should your dog need them during their stay, just give us a call or drop us an email to find out more about the fees for these services:
  • K9 Kab Limousine – our pick up and delivery service from and to your front door
  • Grooming – this is provided by local groomers and is dependent on their availability
  • Medication Administration – we are able to provide administration of simple to complex medications any time of the day or night
  • Transport to medical care providers – this includes Vets for post operative check ups, rehabilitation therapists ect.


DEPOSITS & MINIMUM STAYS:
The only time we have minimum charges are
Easter Holidays: Minimum 7 day charge
Christmas / New Year Holidays: Minimum 10 day charge Your dogs don’t need to stay for this length of time but you do have to pay for the minimum number of days at these very busy times of the year.
During these very busy times we also require a deposit for each dog per booking. Your reservation will not be made until this deposit has been paid. The deposit is non refundable and will be deducted from the balance of your account for that booking.
Deposits are required as listed below:
OFF PEAK PERIODS
Premium Accommodations: No Deposit Required
Luxury Paws Penthouse Accommodations: $100 per dog NON REFUNDABLE
PEAK PERIODS
Christmas / New Year & Easter Peak Periods
Premium Accommodations: $200 per dog NON REFUNDABLE
​Luxury Paws Penthouse Accommodations: $400 per dog NON REFUNDABLE

As you can appreciate these are the two busiest times of the year when many people want to holiday at the same time. Unfortunately across Australia there are more dogs than boarding spaces and as such we turn away 100’s of potential customers. By paying a non refundable deposit we know you are serious about bringing your dog to stay with us. We work on a first come, first served basis so its important for us to be certain that we can help as many people during this very busy and often stressful time. We have found over the years that not only is this a fair system but it means we have less vacancy and we are able to maximize the number of people we can help.
While the deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if a refund is issued (at the discretion of Management) a $50 administration fee will be charged per booking (not per dog). If you have any questions about this then please don’t hesitate to contact us on 03 5971 1127 or via email.
