CARING FOR YOUR DOG

CANINE COUGH
Canine Cough (previously known as Kennel Cough) is the most misunderstood issue in dog health.  Even if your dog is vaccinated they can still contract Canine Cough anywhere there is another dog.  But don’t be concerned.  Read our brochure on what it is, how it moves through your dog’s system and how to support your dog through it.  This is a must read for ALL dog owners.

HOT SPOTS
Nasty and annoying, hot spots can pop up without any warning and can develop very quickly into a painful skin condition for your dog.  Our flier helps you to understand what they are, how they come to be, the most likely places they will occur and what to do if you ever find your dog has a hot spot – small or large.  This is a must read for anyone whose dog loves to play in the water and has hair.

CONDITIONS OF BOARDING
As a professional pet resort our requirements under the Domestic Animals Act and the Victorian Code of Practice for Boarding are outlined in our Conditions of Boarding.  It may feel like you are leaving your first born child with us (for some of you you are) but this is an essential document.  Should you have any questions then please ask us, we would be more than happy to discuss it with you.

DUE TO CURRENT STAFF SHORTAGES OUR
DAY CARE PROGRAM HAS BEEN PAUSED

We love having our doggy day care guests come to play and so this has been a tough decision but one we have made with the welfare of our guests and team in mind.  Like many businesses over the last two years we have seen the number in our team reduce in line with the environment and demand for our service.  Boarding is now increasing, which is great because it means our customers are able to go on the holidays they planned two plus years ago.
At this time our team are focused on supporting our guests who need over night boarding - you will agree that this is essential for the welfare of the dogs.  So Day Care is on pause - we are busy working to add new team members and get them trained up.  Once we are happy that we can offer you the highest quality of Doggy Day Care our service will resume.
Check our social media for more regular updates.  We thank you for your patience and understanding at this somewhat unprecedented time for our business and our team.
