K9 Kab: Guest pick up and deliveryWe understand that for some of our guests it maybe more convenient to have your four legged friend chauffeured to their holiday destination and why not! It is a Kennel Resort after all.
For those who are time poor, or may not have suitable transportation we do offer a pick-up and delivery service for your convenience in our climate controlled K9 Kabs. Should you require it, your dog can be chauffeured to and from Dogs Country Club in the safety of either our K9 Kab Mercedes Vans. With air-conditioning and heating your dog will enjoy the trip to our Kennel Resorts in comfort. |

For information on rates and availability please contact our office. Rates are quoted and charged per trip (not per dog) and include the GST. PICK UP TIMES
You can also enquire the approximate time we are in your geographic area. When you book the K9 Kab Pick Up service you will be notified the day prior to pick up of an approximate time for your dog’s collection. We provide an estimated 60 minute time frame during which we expect to arrive. It’s important to remember that our vehicles and drivers are subject to the traffic of the day. Should the driver think they will miss the time frame provided to you they will call you to let you know. If you have to meet a critical departure time then you should consider having your dog arrive the at the Resort the day before you leave or alternatively have a neighbour or friend who can be there for your dog’s collection, if you have to leave earlier than our allocated time. |
DROP OFF TIMES
If you are using the K9 Kab for a return trip then please ensure that you call us on arriving home, no matter what the time, and leave us a message on our answering machine confirming you are home to receive your dog.We will endeavour to send you an SMS reminder the day before you are due home with the estimate time of arrival, again a 60 minute window as with our pick ups. If you do not confirm you are home then your dog will remain at the resort until we hear from you. If you have any delays in your return home this means your dog will be safe and sound until you do get home and you won't need to worry. Our drivers check our message banks at 4am so even if you arrive home late into the night – don’t forget the call and confirm. A big reminder note on the fridge we find helps some of our clients to not forget! All dogs being collected or returned home (or to another location of your choosing) must be greeted by a person who will then be responsible for their care until you return home. Unfortunately we are unable to leave your dog in your yard or in your home unattended. If you have any questions about this service then please don’t hesitate to ask. |
