At Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort we understand that not all dogs are the same.  Different ages, breeds, temprements, personalities and special needs are all a part of what we see in our guests everyday.  Because of all of these factors we have designed a holiday resort with 10 different types of accommodations to suit all the very special dogs we have the pleasure of caring for, from the very young to the very old, the very big to the very small and everyone in between.

At Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort your dogs will be treated to:

• A choice of over 10 different types of accommodation, all specifically designed with their comfort in mind including full insulation & sound proofing and cleaned thoroughly daily,
  
• Lots of play and/or cuddle times depending on their specific needs,
• A wide selection of dry, fresh cooked, raw and high quality tinned foods on the daily menu and
  
• A complimentary bath on departure.
  

We also provide:

• Special care to geriatric guests or guests with special medical needs such as diabetes, advanced arthritis, epilepsy etc.
• Vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
• A pick up delivery service in air-conditioned comfort in our K9 Kabs
• On site 24 hour care from our Professional & experienced Doggy Doaters

Large Spacious Rooms with Undercover Play Areas Attached	Large rooms allow plenty of space for a comfortable bed and room to move around. Custom Designed Family Rooms	If you have a family of dogs and you want them to be accommodated together then the room should be spacious enough for the dogs to cohabitate comfortably.		Some but not all. Ask to take a tour and view their family rooms.
Luxury Accommodations Available	Our Luxury Paws Penthouse Retreat offers the highest in luxury care including supersized rooms, dog sized luxury furnishings, 32 inch flat screen TV, large private play yard and lots of cuddles & play every day. Large Secure Outside Play Areas	Fresh air and sunlight are important not just for humans but also for animals.  At Dogs Country Club we have many large play areas for the dogs to have play times throughout the day.  This includes large grassed paddocks for our most active guests.		Some but not all. Ask to take a tour and view where the dogs play areas are and how they are used daily.
Owners / Managers Live On Site	With carers living onsite you know that someone is there for your dog all day, every day.  If your dog needs attention outside of office or staff hours then there is someone there for your dog.  If there is an emergency outside of office or staff hours then there is someone to implement the emergency procedures.		Some but not all. Ask when staff are on site and what happens once they go home.
Purpose Built Buildings – Fully Insulated & Sound Proofed	With over 10 different types of accommodations at Dogs Country Club we are able to meet the needs of all types of dogs. All our buildings have been carefully designed and/or renovated to meet the very different needs we see.  All our buildings are fully insulated keeping them warm in winter and cool in summer.  They are also sound proofed, reducing the noise to the dogs during thunderstorms or times when fireworks maybe used.		Some but not all. Ask to take a tour and see how the buildings are configured & constructed.
Doggy Doaters (Professional Animal Attendants) with our guests 7 days a week, 365 days of the year!	You want to know that your dog is cared for to the highest standards every day, no matter what the day! If they have limited business hours ask what happens when the office is closed.  What happens on public holidays like Christmas Day & New Year’s day.  A professional boarding establishment will ensure your dogs are cared for all day, every day, 365 days of the year. Geriatric Facilities	The care of older dogs requires a different skill set with attention to detail being paramount.  If you have an older guest then ensuring they are comfortable and being cared for by an experienced care provider is essential.  The facilities are also important as a geriatric dog may not have the mobility or senses to navigate a room designed for a younger more agile dog.  Their needs are somewhat different and should be catered to.		Some but not all. Take a tour, see the facilities and then ask as many questions as you need to make sure you feel comfortable.
Over 17 years’ experience in boarding and 38 years in the animal care industry	Experience counts for a lot.  The boarding environment is very different to anywhere else to having this experience is important.		Varied at all facilities. Ask when you take a tour.
