Boarding Rates & Extra Services
At Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort there are a number of factors that go into determining the rates for boarding. These include:
Our rates are charged per calendar day, so you pay for the day of arrival, day of departure and everyday in between no matter what time your dog arrives or departs and include:
Deposits & Minimum Stays:
The only time we have minimum stays are
Easter Holidays – Minimum 7 day stay
Christmas / New Year Holidays – Minimum 10 day stay
Your dogs don't need to stay for this length of time but you do have to pay for the minimum number of days at these very busy times of the year.
During these very busy times we also require a deposit of $100 per dog per booking. Your reservation will not be made until this deposit has been paid. The deposit is non refundable and will be deducted from the balance of your account for that booking.
As you can appreciate these are the two busiest times of the year when many people want to holiday at the same time. Unfortunately across Australia there are more dogs than boarding spaces and as such we turn away 100's of potential customers. By paying a non refundable deposit we know you are serious about bringing your dog to stay with us. We work on a first come, first served basis so its important for us to be certain that we can help as many people during this very busy and often stressful time. We have found over the years that not only is this a fair system but it means we have less vacancy and we are able to maximize the number of people we can help.
