I recently boarded my dog Harvey at your kennels for two weeks.

At the time I inspected your establishment I advised my dog was on daily medication and required special attention with his diet and daily management.

You mentioned your Special Needs program where each dog received the necessary attention required to maintain his physical and / or psychological well-being.

I admit this further persuaded me to book Harvey’s accommodation that day, in addition to the facilities and atmosphere of the kennels. When I collected Harvey on the weekend I fear I did not adequately express my thanks and gratitude for the obvious care Harvey had received during his time with you.
