While we make every effort to check emails daily, our guests and arriving and departing customers do come before the emails so please contact us via phone should you require urgent assistance. All bookings made online will be confirmed with a booking confirmation sent via email. If your booking falls across the Christmas, New Year or Easter holiday periods we will be contacting you for payment of your deposit. Bookings during this time are not put into the system until the deposit has been paid. You can pay your deposit using a credit card over the phone, cheque or money order or you can drop the deposit off during office hours.

Please note that we do book out during the holiday periods so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
