Should any of guests need medical assistance while on their holiday Dogs Country Club has a Vet on 24 hour call. These guests can be housed separate from our other guests in our isolated kennels until medical attention arrives. We are also located only 8 minutes drive to the Frankston Animal Emergency Center. We keep comprehensive records of our guests regular Vet and their owners emergency contact details and we can contact all parties should the need arise.
Our philosophy regarding our guest’s health is to treat them as if they were one of our own beloved pets. You can also leave instructions for the level of Vet care you wish for your animal. We are happy to discuss this in more detail should you have any concerns in this area of your animals care.
Special Needs Guests
We do cater to those with special needs including diabetics, aging guests with arthritis and dementia, and super active dogs. We encourage you to call us should you want to know more about the services offered for special needs dogs.
What to Bring…
As everything is included in the boarding price, including a bath on departure, the only thing you need to bring is your dog and his or her vaccination certificates. If your dog is on a specialized or prescription diet then you are welcome to bring this with you at no extra charge. If you are unsure or have questions about what you need to bring then please don’t hesitate to call.
